ABOUT US
We proudly offer our customers OKUMA 5 axis CNC machining services. This is a micron level accuracy, rigid gantry style 5 axis CNC machine, equipped with OKUMA's absolute scale system, the linear accuracy is less than 2µm, angle positioning accuracy is less than 0.0005°.

Machine travel is 30" x 18" x 18".

We use industry lead brands for tooling and workholding system.
​
Big Daishowa offers the best in industry runout accuracy tool holders, which is a key factor for finishing and wall straightness.
​
We also use SCHUNK workholding system, which has superior clamping force, this is very important for stability when doing machining.
